Aeryglow Wildlife(tm) Large Cats:


1 Prim

No jungle or mountain environment would be complete without some wild cats wandering nearby. These large cats are a single prim, allowing you to place out whole family units without using up much of your prim allotment! Large Cats also use non-physical movements that are very server-friendly.

Boxed cats will program a unique personality on the first rez, thus each animal can behave slightly different from others nearby. Cats that live close together may form a family unit. A pride for instance can consist of one Lion, one Lioness and one Lion Cub. Family members tend to congregate together although some families are more closely bound than others. Large Cats will gravitate toward their owner and may befriend avatars that spend a lot of time with them, up to 5 friends at a time.

As they perform activities Large Cats will become tired and will rest to regain energy. They also lose less energy if their owner or a friend is nearby. You can help them regain energy by turning on the food option and providing prey. See below for a list of animals that may be used as prey. When a Large Cat detects nearby prey it will track and attempt to capture the animal. If successful, the prey will be eaten (not to worry, the captured animal will be resurrected after a short period and be as good as new) and the large cat will gain energy. If the Large Cat is a member of a family, the other members will also come aid in the hunt.
