Aeryglow Wildlife(tm) Large Birds:


1 Prim

Large Birds can often be found strutting around on a grassy patch of yard or low fieldgrass. While they don't spend much time in flight they can cover great distances when they choose by using their large and powerful wings. These large birds are herbivores but especially enjoy finding a fresh serving of birdseed.

These *single prim* Large Birds include behavioral scripting and each boxed version will create a random personality on first rez. They become hungry as they walk and fly, resting or eating to regain energy. If the Food Option is turned on Large Birds will seek out Fresh Birdseed when they become hungry. Real bird textures and sounds make these birds come alive on your sim. Have them follow you around or let them explore freely. Large birds can also be used as food for predators such as Aeryglow Wildlife(tm) Lions - simply enable the food option on the predator. If captured the large bird will disappear for a few minutes and return to life unharmed afterward.

New features include multi-lingual support (French & German currently) for the menu system. Simply select "Language" from the Main Menu and select your choice of language. Large Birds are also easily replaceable with updated revisions, just rez your bird on the Large Bird ground icon at the Aeryglow(tm) Garden Wildlife shop and then click the icon. Currently there is a Eastern Wild Turkey to take home with more Large Birds to come soon!

Be sure to place a Garden Stone v0.02 or later nearby to help with the Second Life(tm) sculpted Prim bug. Pick up a free updated copy of the Garden Stone inside the Garden building if you need one, boxed birds come with their own free copy. These animals are also the first to make use of automatic updating. Simply bring your bird back to the Garden Wildlife center and rez on the "Large Bird" icon on the ground near their sales panels. Click on the ground icon and if there is an updated revision available your bird will be automatically replaced with a new version that is delivered to your inventory. If no updates are available you can simply take your bird back into inventory.
